Who you’re dealing with

US AI Academy is a brand of Underbot AI LLC, Jacksonville, Florida. On your card statement, purchases show as “US AI ACADEMY” or with the name of the payment company that processes the sale for us.

What you get when you buy a course

• Access to that course for as long as US AI Academy offers it, including its updates. Buying one course doesn’t include other courses.
• A personal license: the lessons, the PDF and the exercises are for your own learning. Please don’t share your account or the files.
• The AI tutor, with the number of questions listed on the course page.

Refunds

If a course isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you’ll get your money back in full. Reply to your receipt email to ask. Once a purchase is refunded, its access ends.

The AI tutor

The tutor is an AI model that answers from the course’s own text. It can make mistakes. The course itself is the reference: when the tutor and a lesson disagree, trust the lesson. Don’t share personal or sensitive information in your questions.

Certificates

US AI Academy is an independent online academy. It isn’t accredited and isn’t affiliated with any government agency. A certificate shows that you passed a course’s final exam; it isn’t a license or a degree.

Fair use of the site

Please don’t copy the lessons in bulk, try to get around the paywall or the question limit, or use the site to harm others.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects a course you’ve bought, we’ll tell you by email first. See also our privacy policy.
